Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Portal and governs your access to and use of Portal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Portal.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Portal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to your Portal, such as profile information, links, projects, and images. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Portal to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Post harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Portal at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
6. Disclaimers
Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portal and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Portal.
8. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify Portal or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
