1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, username, email address, profile photo, bio, location, social handles, smart links, projects, and contact details. We also collect usage information automatically when you visit or interact with a Portal, including page views, link clicks, approximate location, device type, and referrer data.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Portal, personalize your profile, measure analytics for profile owners, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing your information
We share information only as needed to operate the service: with our hosting and authentication providers, and when required by law. Public profile information is visible to anyone who visits your public Portal URL. You control what appears on your public profile through your settings.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how people use Portal. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
5. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data from your settings. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
